Lots of Snuggles

This picture was taken during the night. Dad and I took turns holding you all throughout the night.
Your settings are maxed on the ventilator sweet boy. We love you more than we can express. We are sorry you're so tired and want you to know that it's okay to go back to heaven and rest in the arms of our savior. You're our hero buddy.

  5. I'm so sorry that you are having to experience such unimaginable pain, which you are bearing with incredible grace. Your boy is such a darling angel, and a lucky one to have you as his caregivers during this mortal probation. My thoughts and prayers continue to be with Caleb, you and your devoted family.

  8. I'm a long time reader, but never have left a comment. I feel like the time has come. You have the most beautiful family and little boy. I enjoyed seeing updates everyday. I loved reading about Caleb's progress the good with the not so good. His smile would melt my heart. And yes, what a gift--a gift of seven months with your little boy. To hold, kiss, and love! Although our circumstances are different (I gave birth to a baby boy at 28 weeks 4 years ago; he was stillborn), I can relate to the loss of a child. I am so sorry for your loss! I will be thinking of your family. Caleb will always have a piece of your heart. He will not be forgotten.

    Much love,
    Marianne
