Face Time

After a great visit with your sissies you got to face time them before bed too!

Caleb, we all love you more than you know. Your vent settings continue to climb and you don't have much room to go. I think you're telling us that you're tired. It's okay buddy. It's okay. Mom and Dad are sleeping here with you.

You sure are a wonderful son.
Love you to heaven and back.

Xoxo

  1. Second time to try and leave a comment-it hasn't been working for me! Not sure why but the bottom line is I always think of you. I included you, your husband, Caleb, his NICU staff and those cute sisters in my fast. I am in awe of your grace. Thank you for sharing your testimony throughout all of these updates. I know I barely know you-but thank you for your example! (my other comments were me trying to say that I remembered meeting you at camp three years ago and that I was just there and couldn't help but think of you every time I passed that field!)

  2. Oh, sweet Leah. I'm sobbing just reading this and logging into watch his still sweet sleeping form. I love his blanket embroidered with Caleb. We love you. We love this precious little guy. My heart picks up your faith as much as your want and mirrors it back to Heavenly Father and all of my soul begs. I love you.

  4. I have followed your blogs, read your beautiful, loving words, and seen the tender pictures of little Caleb who must be the sweetest of all little babies. My heart is full and heavy but in no way can begin to understand the hearts, tears, and hopes of you and Zeb. I have prayed for your precious little one and have had witness of this strong little spirit sent from The Lord to especially touch your lives and also touch the lives of so many others.

    1. Caleb is so tired and is telling us he's ready to go back to heaven. And it's okay. His path is clear and we gain comfort and strength through our savior. We have witnesses many miracles in the last year and this oath doesn't diminish any of them. We are honored to be his parents.
