4 months old!

I can NOT believe you're 4 months old. Adrianne made you this sign. :)

You're at 10 pounds 9.8 ounces!!!

You were a bit upset when we got there but you settled down with daddy. 

I took gram to the airport with your sisters while you and daddy hung out. Good thing I got the tears out yesterday. Its always hard to say goodbye when emotions are crazy high. We had such a great week with gram and will miss her. 

I took a picture of an airplane for you. It was so close to us! Isn't it cool? 

I got to hold you when I got back. It's the best to hold you, calm you, snuggle you, and love on you. I adore you. 

I hung out with the girls in the car and they watched a movie while daddy spent time with you. They are so funny! 

We checked in on you tonight and got to see your darling chubby face. 

Guess who you get to meet tomorrow? Aunt Amanda! She's coming for a few days to be with the girls while daddy and I spend time with you during and after your surgery. We are so grateful she is able and willing to come. So many people have offered to help. We have so many wonderful people that do so many things for us. We are incredibly blessed. 

Your oxygen the last few days has been between between 54-60 percent. You seem to fluctuate less and your baseline has gone down. This is great for surgery since you seem stronger. We are grateful for that! It's really great, buddy. It's crazy that the surgery is actually going to happen soon. Hard to wrap our heads around. We know this is the best thing for you. It's a step to be able to come home eventually. 

I'll post about the things they'll do to prep for surgery tomorrow. We are getting lots of snuggle time in since we won't be able to hold you for a while after surgery. Rest up sweet boy. We love you.
